Facility Maintenance Decisions readers determined the winning products for the second annual Maintenance Innovations Awards.
The awards honor innovation and excellence in products that contribute to the efficient and profitable operations and management of institutional and commercial buildings in the United States.
Three winners were chosen in the five main categories of Exterior Maintenance, Building Maintenance and Cleaning, Safety, Software, and HVAC. New this year were two bonus categories of Breakthrough Technology and Healthy Buildings.
