Brett Wetzel | CEO/Host/Trainer, Advanced Refrigeration Podcast
A 22-year industry veteran, Brett Wetzel currently serves as a lead instructor and industry expert specializing in CO₂ refrigeration. He’s leading HVACRedu.net‘s new training curriculum, “446 – Introduction to CO₂ Refrigeration Systems,” and hosts the Advanced Refrigeration Podcast. Brett also recently joined Future Green Now, where he focuses on creating customized training, consulting, and commissioning solutions aimed at reducing energy consumption and environmental impact in HVAC/R systems. His current role emphasizes sustainable innovation, education, and helping the HVAC industry transition effectively to CO₂-based refrigeration technologies.
Brett has been honored with multiple industry accolades, including the 2024 Mentor of the Year award and recognition as one of the Top 40 Under 40 HVAC Professionals in 2021.
