TASK: Install register or grill

                         103 – Basic Sheet Metal  and  205 – HVACR High Efficiency Ventilation

STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE

  1. Review manufacturer’s specifications and job specifications.
  2. Collect tools, equipment and materials.
  3. Put on safety and protective equipment and apparel.
  4. Verify that register or grill is correct size for connecting fitting.
  5. Install seal as specified.
  6. Place register in opening and attach to duct and opening frame according to specifications.
  7. Remove safety and protective equipment and apparel.
  8. Gather tools, equipment and leftover materials and leave work site clean.
