The $50 administrative fee will be waived if the student enrolls in a different course or program.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Cancellation of a course:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>A reasonable agreement shall be made with individual students if, for any circumstances beyond the control of the student, the course is canceled at any time before the course is completed.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Withdrawal after start of a COURSE:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If the student paid<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p><p>A student may request a refund after withdrawal from a COURSE he has started. Refunds will be issued as follows:<\/p><p>If the student <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">never accessed<\/span> the course and notified us of the choice to withdraw any time <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">during the first seven days<\/span>, then the refund will be 100% of the purchase price minus any textbook price, shipping charges, and a $50 administrative fee.<\/p><p>If the student accessed the course and notified us of the choice to withdraw any time <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">during the first seven days<\/span> or within the first module of the course, and if the student <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">did not<\/span> attempt an exam, then the refund will be 100% of the purchase price minus any textbook price, shipping charges, and a $125 administrative fee.<\/p><p>If the student notifies us of the choice to withdraw and requests a refund <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">after attempting an exam or after the first 7 days of a course<\/span>, there will be no refund given.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Withdrawal after start of a PROGRAM: If the student paid.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>A student may request a refund after withdrawal from a PROGRAM the student has started.\u00a0 Refunds will be issued as follows:<\/p><p>If the student who is enrolled in a PROGRAM <u>never accessed<\/u> the first course and notified us of the choice to withdraw <u>within 60 days<\/u> of enrollment, then the refund will be 100% of the purchase price minus any textbook price, shipping charges and a $50 administrative fee. \u00a0After 60 days of inactivity there\u00a0will be no refund of a program that the student never accessed.<\/p><p>If the student who is enrolled in a PROGRAM accessed the first course and notified us of the choice to withdraw any time <u>during the first seven days<\/u> or first module of the course, and if the student <u>did not<\/u> attempt an exam, then the refund will be 100% of the purchase price minus any textbook price, shipping charges, and a $125 administrative fee.<\/p><p>If the student enrolled in a PROGRAM notified us of the choice to withdraw and requested a refund <u>after attempting an exam or<\/u> <u>after the first seven days of a program<\/u>, then the refund will be calculated as shown below:<\/p><p>HVACRedu.net will keep any textbook price, shipping charges, and a $125 administrative fee, plus the amount equal to the full retail price (as shown in the campus store) of each COURSE the student has accessed \/ consumed in their PROGRAM only through the first half of a program.\u00a0 The remaining amount will be refunded to the student.<\/p><p>Once the student crosses into the second half of the program or passes beyond the halfway point of the program&#8217;s maximum enrollment period, there will be no program refund.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Withdrawal after start of a COURSE: <\/strong><strong>If the employer paid.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><em><strong>Note:\u00a0 All Corporate Training Partners are considered Employer Paid.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>When a student withdraws from a COURSE that the employer paid.\u00a0 Refunds will be issued as follows:<\/p><p>If the student notified us of the choice to withdraw any time <u>during the first seven days<\/u> or within the first module of the course, and if the student <u>did not<\/u> attempt an exam, then the refund will be 100% of the purchase price minus any textbook price, shipping charges. from a program that the employer paid <u>within 60 days<\/u> of enrollment, the unused portion of the program can be credited to another employee from the same company <u>only once<\/u> in this way:\u00a0<\/p><p>If a student withdraws from a program after consuming 50% or more of the program or after 60 days of enrollment, there is no refund, credit, or re-allocation of time issued to the employer.<\/p><p>If the student was enrolled in a program made up of a number of specific courses &#8211; We will calculate the price equivalent for the unused portion of the program (only if the student used less than 50%), minus any textbook price and shipping charges.\u00a0 This amount will be held on the employer\u2019s account and applied to the price of another enrollment.<\/p><p>When a student withdraws from the subscription program that the employer paid, the remaining time on the subscription (if less than 50% was used) can be allocated to another employee from the same company <u>only once<\/u>.\u00a0 If the student used 50% or more time on the subscription, there will be no refund or allocation.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Other:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, Aptos_EmbeddedFont, Aptos_MSFontService, Calibri, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Refunds will not be provided for the following courses:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type:
