Hello Everyone,

I’m looking for a small group of HVAC technicians to test-run my new HVAC Assistant app before its full release, and I’d really value your field experience and feedback.

HVAC Assistant is designed to put AI-powered HVAC diagnostics right in your pocket.

The goal is simple: help technicians troubleshoot faster, reduce guesswork, and get to the root cause of system problems more efficiently while in the field.

What HVAC Assistant can do:

  • AI-Powered Diagnostics — Describe the problem or enter an error code and receive step-by-step troubleshooting guidance.
  • Fault Code Resolution — Quickly identify manufacturer-specific fault codes and get explanations, possible causes, and recommended diagnostic steps.
  • Real-Time System Health Monitoring — View system health information such as temperature, airflow status, and other operating conditions.
  • HVAC Brand & Model Resource Library — Access equipment-specific information for major HVAC manufacturers, including Samsung, LG, and more as the database continues to grow.
  • Diagnostic History — Save previous troubleshooting conversations by date and location so you can return to past jobs, repairs, and recurring problems.
  • AI Assistance in the Field — Instead of searching through multiple manuals or spending valuable time looking for information, HVAC Assistant is being developed to help put the information you need in one place.

I Need Real HVAC Technicians to Put It to the Test

I don’t just want you to click through the app. I want you to challenge it.

Take it into the field. Enter real fault codes. Give it troubleshooting scenarios. Try different equipment and different problems. See where it helps, where it struggles, and what would make it more valuable to an HVAC technician.

Your feedback will help shape the final version of the app.

Because the Android version is currently going through Google Play testing, I’ll be adding selected testers to the test group so you can download the app and begin using it.
